Walsh Products on site products are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before placing any orders.

We may modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please read the Terms and check back often. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions or any changes that might be made then you must immediately stop using the site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
To purchase goods on Walsh Products you can create an account. You are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please log in to your account and change the relevant information. If you have any problems doing so, notify us immediately at the following firstname.lastname@example.org. The password you choose must be kept secure and in case of a breach of security or unauthorised use of your account you must notify Walsh Products immediately.
In order to make purchases on the site you will be required to provide your personal details. You must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. You will be required to provide payment details that are valid and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. By making a purchase you authorise us to perform credit checks and personal information checks to verify your identity and legal use of credit/debit card. Furthermore, you agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Walsh Products offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch.
Prices shown on Walsh Products are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. You can change currency at will at the same terms & conditions.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Walsh Products will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro debit cards, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on Walsh Products. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Walsh Products. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Walsh Products, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal and Ingenico/ Ogone, these are secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in a secure host environment. If you are a registered Walsh Products user, we will securely store your credit/debit card details.
You have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 10 days of receipt by email to: email@example.com.
For orders cancelled within the 10 day period, we will issue you with a refund or store credit ( including the shipping cost). However, you will need to return the entire order to us in good condition.
Information on returns can be found in our FAQ and on the note added to your order.
All items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, from the original delivery country. We recommend that you insure the return shipment of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds and store credits will be issued within 10 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
Items should be returned unused and with all Walsh Products and designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a store credit refused. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as dust bags, and other tags should be included with your return.
